This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and value of our products, which are considered collectibles to most passionate pokemon lovers and are guaranteed sealed for your protection. If you need to cancel your order, request must be made via email prior to shipment confirmation and further instructions will be emailed to you. A small 3.5% fee will be deducted from all and any cancelations.
